I was wondering how can I get those 150, 250, 500 posts stars under my forum name.

you need 500 posts
max is 5 stars, which is at 2,5k posts.

1 star = 500 posts
2 stars = 1000 posts
..and so on

As stated above there are only stars given for each 500 posts you make not 150 nor 250.

look at kristian, 5k posts man
500 posts = 1 star
1000 posts = 2 stars.
etc.
