Your Question:
Whenever I enter a vehicle with an audio stream (/carradio, not the default music), or someone has a boombox, or admins play something globally; my game crashes.

It never happened before, and other than a recent Windows 7 security update, I've changed nothing.

Ideas?

Are you using any type of sound mods? ANY type of mods?

No, I'm running on a clean installation.

No, I'm running on a clean installation.

In-game, turn off your radio volume all the way, GTA SA's radio tracks can cause crashing.
Run as an administrator also and DO NOT run in compatibility mode.
You may need to find another gta_sa.exe 1.0 US.

Already have turned my radio down, and this gta_sa has worked since I started playing SAMP.

Close this, if it continues I'll look into it further.

A new gta_sa.exe will most likely fix your issue.

Had the same bug, I've fixed it today.
There are five steps for fixing this problem, you'll need to get rid of any mods you have but I think that it's worth.

1. Go to your GTA folder and save this file ( It'll get deleted in the next step and you need it to run GTA ):

vorbisFile.dll

2. Enter the Control Panel > Program and Features > Remove your CLEO.
It's important that you'll do it from here so it'll be deleted completely.

3. Place "vorbisFile.dll" back in your GTA folder.

4. Re-install your SA-MP launcher. ( Only the SA-MP launcher and not all the GTA, it shouldn't take more than 2 minutes )

5. Get IG and play any stream you'd like without getting crashed every FUCKING second!

I hope that it'll fix your bug. Had the same bug and it has extremely annoying, after following those steps above it got fixed.

#Note: By deleting your CLEO the mods you've installed will get deleted aswell.
