2 days ago i got unmuted from the newbie chat and was helping ever since, nobody ever warned me. So today this guy asks dumb questions about how much a feltzer costs tuned or not or w/e, nobody answered him and I told him to stop asking the same dumb question over and over and told him to find out ic since that's an ic matter, and for doing that i got warned which got me muted again.

What i don't get is why did i get muted instead of only a warning, inbetween the day i got unmuted and today i haven't received a warning, yet it said i had 2.Additional Information:

Hello Luigi,
First of all, I never muted you, I warned you and you were auto muted for having 3 warnings.
Secondly, You're a level 30 player, high enough to know that you shouldnt abuse /newb.

However, since he was just unmuted and it wasn't really a serious abuse, I told him to make this appeal so that Public Relation will give their opinion.

If it was spamming then just leave it for the helpers, if you don't know the awnsered to his question then don't answer it. Since your high level player we are going to have let pay for your un mute. Maybe this will teach you not to answer questions you don't know
