So, my character is basically a world class hacker. I'm planning to RPly hack into ever LEO database and spam with one single message.
This would be happening in the forums where there'll be a single thread in every LEO thread with a single comment repeating the SAME message.
Now I fear I'll get infracted for spam.
Do you think I should get permission from a forum admin or should I go for it?

You should obvious have permission for that, I'd contact the faction moderator.
