My own:

There are two factions, taxi company and fire and medical department.

TC is related to all the taxi type stuff, you need to earn ranks by working as hard as you can.

Whereas

FMD is related to all the medical and firefighter stuff.


There are many divisions there, but you need to join one in order to proceed.

Vik has given the application form and the handbook above, you may check it out. Also you need to meet the requirements otherwise you were going to get auto-denied.
