Old Inactive player who lost his account to inactivity wants to play again!

Im a really old player from back, back(pretty sure it was 2009) in the day. I played for a while and went inactive around 2010. I ended up losing my account. I would like someone to help me get my account back if possible, not sure if you can recover a account from that long ago. My name was clay pain, I think I ended up getting to around level 14 or higher but Im not really sure. I think you're able to only get your LEVEL refunded. As for items, properties and money, that's a no go.

To get your account back you'll have to make a 'Game Related Request' here. (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?13-Game-Related) Then fill up the form and post the evidence if you have like screenshot of stats as you have posted via this form here. (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forms.php?do=form&fid=91) Lastly, you can PM/VM Smo/Waston the link of your GRR.
