If I have the VIP forum UG, how can I set a picture on my background on the profile?

On your profile, located on the top right you would see this ^

Play around with it and eventually you'll figure out how to customize your profile.

It's a matter of playing around with it and getting the hang of it. There's a default button to reset it if you mess up.

Click the customize my profile, grab a link from google of whatever you feel but nothing in relation to pornography and then paste the link into one of the sections/bars there.
