Can I know why I get some error for vehicle can't be load when I pass by the LSPD ._.
some of the lspd vehicle can't be loaded

See if your car is in the LSPD impound, or if you have GPS do /trackcar and if the ID of the car you're talking about says 65655 (or some number around there), it typically means your car is bugged.

Happens when you have a slow internet connection, usually there are way to many objects around you that need to be loaded so you're unable to load them, espically if you have mods for them which makes it even worse.
