Did this start happening after you installed a vehicle mod? If so, the modification is most likely not designed to be used with modifications(spoiler, nitro and whatever else) causing your game to crash when the vehicle model is loaded into the game.

Are you sure you are using the correct GTA SA.exe Version? Sometimes it could be buggy if the version's not 1.0.
