Usergroups, scroll down and change your display mode. If you don't get it, make a forum related request on the requests form and yes it's free.

First of all you need to be registered for exactly a year to obtain this usertitle (29th July, 2016). When that date comes, follow these steps:

Click on "Usergroups" located at the top of the page, and then scroll down to the bottom and you shall see "1 Year Veteran" in bold yellow. Tick/click on "Identify me as a member of this group" (you'll find it just beside the "1 Year Veteran" tag), and then click "Update Display Group" that is located at the bottom right of the same page. If you fail to set the tag following said steps, then fill a Forum Related Request here (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forms.php?do=form&fid=89).
