I'm an old player part of the one and only Kirk Family. I've been trying to get my password back but I can't
so I was wondering if there was anyone I could get some help.

You can get some screenshot to prove that it's you and post a Game Related Request to get your password back.

Remember once you are inactive over 1 year you account's house, business will be deleted/sold to other players.
