Optimized MySQL structure.
Added accurate cooldown in /report, /enter, /exit, /newbie, and /ad.
Added new roleplay command /amy.
Added the ability for custom mappings to be added without the requirement of a gmx.
Added a unique secluded feature for Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Added a specified limit in /namechange to 24 characters to avoid having your account bugged.
Added more commands for property management and shop moderators for their work.
Added new commissioner rank for the Los Santos Police Department.
Adjusted roleplay command /ame.
Fixed bug where server crashes (NaN error; related to MySQL).
Fixed bug where a player ends up in Las Venturas after being stuck with a frozen screen on login.
