Triad NPC mission impossible

So,basically before you start telling me: "Why you even doing that missions,they give you almost nothing."
Well,maybe they don't,but I am just trying to complete all the missions possible,I don't know why. And it's not just me,I just want to tell you about it so if it's not supposed to be like that,it would get fixed or removed.

So basically I got that mission,get to the ship (I had to jump over a fence,little hard but that's not the problem) and then,I got to the refugee and guess what? He was "trapped" in one of the cargo boxes. I asked in the /newb and one guy told me it's supposed to be like that and I have to open it,but how?

And a little side question: I've done all of the missions (except this one) which I found in the NPC guides (on forums) and I still have only 5/10 completed,are there some which were added after the guides were created?

I will check the mission out right now and tell you what to do, please be patient. I will edit this post.

Edit; It looks like regular players can't do it. I got Dino Destiny (special thanks to him) to help me out. He tpd in and I got tpd to him. You simply can't do it outside the gate although I will inform the development team.

No you do not, Edward only called an admin to test it.

He said he'll inform developers and they'll hopefully fix it.
