I don't know, I am still searching for one, I just tried Idan's ENB and some other ENB's and it crashed, but later I knew that windows 8/8.1 doesnt allow ENB's.
Can you also tell me what ENB's can I use? High/low/medium? and tell me if I can run IDANS enb? it's perfect! here are my specs.

Try to run the game as an administrator or download a crash fix for windows 8

First place it in your main folder then right click and press edit then go to the bottom change it from gta-sa.exe to samp, then run as an admin. It should work for you after that.

I have a crashfix and a good one. There are ones on the internet where it actually runs gta_sa.exe and I have the one where it runs samp.exe. PM me if you want it. But after some time of using it I tried to connect on a server without using the crashfix and it started working. Though what pissed me off is that if you tab out and tab back in you have wait a bit for the black screen to pass.

Alright I got this but how to play SAMP then? It's the way how to play gta_sa.exe ... what about SAMP?

Also this appears when I try to rename the folder!

delete enbeffectprepass.fx from your main directory for GTA San Andreas. It should work afterwards.

Probably because you ran SAMP/GTA SA.exe in the meantime. Close it through the task manager or something and then try again. Best of luck.
