Well I think the mute was a bit harsh, but I wouldn't call it unfair.
I'd like to unmuted so I can use the command/chat and possibly help others in the community, I'd call it a simple mistake.
I was banned for miss-using the /newb chat, by informing the helpers of a troll who kept lurking in the chat, I then got muted for abuse of /newbAdditional Information:

I believe it I said it was a "bit" harsh, I was not implying he did the wrong thing I was just simply expressing how I felt about it.

I was just getting a tad annoyed with the troll so I replied on /newb without any hesitation.

Everyone makes mistakes, correct?
