What I tried to do

1- Re-log many times.
2- Restart my router.
3- Re-install SA-MP.
4- Use another client of GTA SA.
5- Leave it and try after few hours.
6- Log in and press ESC for few seconds.
7- Make a ban appeal to get an admin to ban and un-ban me again.

Maybe your IP is banned or you are range banned.

Try a VPN, if that works, then I'd probably make a ban-appeal to see if there's any interference with your IP currently.

If the VPN doesn't work, then it'll go away after a few tries.

It hasn't gone away for me, I've been struggling with this problem for over 4 months and admins just range ban players or Smo just blacklists their IP on the server's firewall which is kinda shit.
So using a VPN is the only solution.

Hotspot Shield FTW dude.
Cyberghost - almost every server is banned.
I've seen much free and paid VPNs and the only one I like is Hotspot Shield. Though I have a pirated version of it, you can PM me if you want me to send you the torrent. The torrent is like 24mb lool
