Lately I've noticed this question has been brought up within '/newb(ie)' and the Technical Assistance section also Private Messages quite a lot so I've decided to make a guide on how to make playable links [.mp3] for use on your (/carradio) and Boomboxes with (/edit > Custom URL). I'll try to make this as simple as possible for those who are not exactly technologically literate.
Option #1:
This is by far the most simple option you can go for, however not all desired songs will be displayed upon YouTube so it can be unreliable for some. (E.G - Drake has a contract with iTunes, thus preventing him from posting all of his latest songs on YouTube.)
Firstly head to Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/) and begin to type in the song you want to convert to [.mp3] in the search bar. Once you have found your song, click onto the video and head up to the address bar and select the WHOLE link by either holding CTRL + A followed by CTRL + C (this will highlight all text then copy it to your clipboard) or simply drag your mouse whilst holding left-click and right-clicking the highlighted text and selecting the 'Copy' option.
You should now have a link like this.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqr2L6HXm8w
Secondly, head to OffLiberty and paste the link into the empty space box (see below) and select the 'Off' button. It will then begin to convert the YouTube link into a usable [.mp3] link, please allow up to ten minutes as for slow connections this can possibly take a while, don't lose hope.

Lastly, when the link has been finished converting, go head and right-click the yellow banner with the text 'Right-click here and 'Save link as...', with this you can actually SAVE the .mp3 file from Youtube, but we're not interested in that, so when you right-click the yellow-box, be sure to select 'COPY LINK ADDRESS' instead.
You should now end up with a link such as this.
http://k3.offliberty.com/YZx5WXwNUVM.mp3
And with the correct tags, you can use it on the forums too!
http://k3.offliberty.com/YZx5WXwNUVM.mp3
Congratulations, you can now play this link through your Boombox and/or Carradio/Ipod!(http://k3.offliberty.com/YZx5WXwNUVM.mp3)
You can also customise your URL to something of your own taste (this is completely optional), head to (http://tinyurl.com/) and paste the URL you have just converted. (E.G - http://k3.offliberty.com/YZx5WXwNUVM.mp3) Afterwards enter the 'URL Alias' (this will be whatever is after tinyurl.com/) in this case, I'll use 'Jerrelle30' then select the button 'Make TinyURL!'

You will now have a fully working custom URL!

Option #2:
This option is more of a last resort, I personally do not like using these sites as most of the time the links are dead or the music isn't actually what it claims to be, I do not recommend it but it's always an alternative to use many of these MP3 sites. Simply search your desired song into their search bar and you should be presented with a list of songs which allow you to copy the .mp3 link below.
List of sites to consider:
MP3Skull (https://mp3skull.uk.com/)
MP3Juice (http://www.mp3juices.cc/)
BeeMP3 (http://beemp3.koom.ma/)
Note: Youtube have a new copyright policy, therefore some songs converted on Off-liberty simply won't play or it'll just DENY conversion completely (shows an error). A work around with this is to simply use a LYRIC video of said song, or something less popular with at least <100,000 views or so, any popular songs/artists such as: Migos, G-eazy, Ariana Grande etc just simply won't work upon their official music videos (and if they do, lucky you).
TL;DR - Use lyrics videos instead of official videos for higher conversion success rate.
