I installed some enb and this shit popped up how to I fix this

Very weird. Your best bet would to either re-install San Andreas or SAMP. Contacting a SA-MP developer could also be an option if you are willing to do so as well.

The developer has most likely installed a bootlock within his files to prevent people plagiarising his work.

Either;
A) You've edited several files in attempts to claim credits for yourself. ( As the error states. )
B) The developer has poorly implemented this anti-leech system thus meaning this error could've been caused by a number of reasons.

I suggest you re-install your San Andreas and stay clear of that ENB if you DID NOT modify any files within the ENB, it doesn't seem stable. If you DID edit files within the ENB, then simply re-add the ENB files and don't tamper with it this time.
