It is very clear that sometimes you can go automatic mode to /newb command instead of /ad if you reply at newbie often. Due to my level, the Helper should of had the decency of asking If that was a MC or not, and worse. Saying it was MC meant nothing.
Verbally warn or check if it was MC should be done, not straight away mute if the person isn't abusing the newbie chat constantly.
It's a clear M/C by me.Additional Information:
