Personally I think you should be good to go. Probably borderline.

if you have intel q45/43 express chipset you'll barely play at 30fps with low settings

ps; upgrade your pc to 64bit

If you think of playing games, then you must change your graphic card, that's a dedicated 64MB that shares up to 1.2gb through your ram memory. I highly believe that that is a laptop instead of a computer.

CPU and RAM are good to play CS:GO other than your GPU.

Give it a try but I highly doubt that it'll run with that graphic card.

There are different webs that can check if you can run games on your PC (for example, "can you run it").
