How to do the color color thingy on the forum profile account with its background music? Just like as the other forum accounts e.g. http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/member.php?16472-Watts (The color Red layer thingy on his forum profile)

For the background and photos and colors etc.. you will need a regular VIP+++.
For the music you must have one of specific usergroups such as: GOLD VIP, Admin, Famed(?), Helper(?), Mapper, GFX Designer and more.
