Note- I restarted PC,Restarted Internet did everything still it isn't fixed. I need serious help Here

Other servers are working fine.

It happened to me before, remove the plug of the internet or put it back, It happened, I went and bought a new internet, the problem is from your internet, try telling anyone to buy you a new router, you can play sometimes sarp when your internet is good and no one in your family is using it, then you can play, But it's better if you bought a new router

Which ISP you are using? Have you tried to ping this IP ?
It's happen sometime for me, but very rare.

You also live in Bangladesh like me. So, tell me which company is your provider, like My ISP is from ICC communication.

Your IP is probably on the firewall, blacklisted or you may be under an ip that has been banned. Insert a USB wire in your PC and connect it to a phone that has the USB tethering feature. Then enable USB tethering and connect to another wifi or just enable Mobile Data or whatever. If not, contact Watts and try to get it resolved as he recently started removing blacklists or range bans.
