probably not. I went from a gtx 560 to gtx 970 and still not much of an improved fps boost using enb's. a lot of them are unoptimized.
You should still be good with low-med end's though

Do you mind telling me what fps you were getting average highest and lowest?

with my gtx 560 I was getting probably 30-45 fps average. 60 max and 0 lowest. with my gtx 970 average 35-55 fps highest 60 and lowest 0

I'm going to give you a simple question without getting too technical, yes you can run SOME high-end ENBs with those specifications.

I'd just stick to low-med ENBs with those specs.

You'll just have to find that one ENB that suits your specifications and runs smoothly without any problem or crashes.
