you really should hide those servers boy

as for the question, try to remove and re-add the server on the list

I had the same problem once, I tried to restart my PC, it didn't work(but it might work for you)
but if it doesn't work, try to re-install samp and if it still doesn't work then you should wait, I didn't play that day when it happend for me and it worked the next day.
