2. We're not sure, waiting for Smo.
3. Depends. If your FC gets resolved, yes. If you reported him and we catch him, yes.

3) If your report is valid and they're clearly breaking a rule. You can make a Forum Complaint with either a video or screenshots.
4) No, you should /report so an admin can set it. You can't /namechange with a middle name.
5) No, only Ammunition, Arms Dealers and Emmet which is bugged.

1) All of the NPCs that provide guns are bugged atm, no one knows when it'll be fixed

1) Some people are exploting a bug, that makes Emmet invalid.
2) There was a storm to the area where the server is hosted.
3) If he is breaking a rule, /report. If admins don't do anything, take SSes and fill a Forum Complaint.
4) No, they aren't you can use names like "Peter_Enrique_Martinez" and so on.
5) No,there aren't.
