Your Question:
So, when I sometimes enter in a vehicle, no matter which vehicle or on which position ( driver/passenger), I crash. After joining again, when I wanna enter in the same vehicle , I crash AGAIN. And again when I join the server, I don't crash. WTF?!
Solution?

Possible solutions for you:
1. Be sure to have a clean install of GTA San Andreas game.
2. Be sure to download the latest SA:MP (version 0.3.7)
3. Take a deep scan on your computer for registry errors and crap stored on your HDD. Download CCleaner for that.
4. I wouldn't consider that it is due to the server. It might have some issues with your hardware.

I bought new laptop and have STEAM version of the game. I have bought license of CCleaner already.
I have windows 10 64bit 4GB RAM, 2 GHz Processor dual core, 2 GB graphic card
