Your Question:
My fraps works perfectly fine except for the audio, whenever i record, there's no audio in the file. Here's a screenshot of my Fraps. I've moved to Shadowplay and it worked well then after a few uses, it refused to show up in-game.

Use Bandicam, That's the best capture software.

Actually yeah, if it's cracked/purchased.

Option 1: Try importing the clip into movie-maker or whatever you use to edit, is there any sound?
Option 2: Left-click the Volume icon in the notification area (bottom right) and click Mixer. When Fraps is loaded, a column should appear for the program: please check if the volume control on Fraps is turned down to the bottom or muted.
Option 3: Check to see if Stereo Mix is receiving sound by right-clicking the volume icon ->Recording -> rightclicking the Stereo Mix -> Properties -> Levels

Also make sure you're running it as an administrator.

Tried them both, fraps and bandicam. Fraps is way better.
