SAMP crash

Okay..I know I've posted having a lot of problems with samp but this time it's different. I enter this area from any side :

And my GTA freezes, audio keeps going and I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL to enter Task Manager, where it shows gta_sa.exe not responding. I reinstalled it, in hopes of fixing the problem. It didn't. So I deleted everything and I downloaded from another torrent. Now I've installed it, directx,cracked,installed samp, and, now when I press Connect in the left upper corner, it would take me here:

So then the bar loads like 80% and then crashes. And I uninstalled it. Again. And looked around on forums, and seen that if I do gta_sa.exe -> properties -> compatibility -> Windows 98 or windows XP v2 or something like that. And I did so. A now I press connect and it starts GTA SA single player. I reinstalled it and it's still the same problem.

I NEED the solution to be able to play.
Btw. running on a laptop + no mods installed at all ofcourse.
Windows 7
Integrated graphics card I think, Intel HD Graphics
4 gigs of RAM
64-bit processor.

Ever tried to re install a fresh Windows OS? If not, do that.

Can't run samp at all. It runs single player when pressed Connect.

It could possibly be restrictions, do you have any sort of admin restrictions? Try running it as administrator.

In addition, to avoid running it by admin each time, delete or login your OS with the default(admin) userprofile only, or delete the other(s).
