Its not about sharing clean files broman because if you used imgtool 2.0 then putting in a clean file wont help theres some other shit you gotta remove that i dont remember

Well, first of all, uninstall your GTA San Andreas. After that go to the folder it was installed and delete the folder and everything inside it. Then go to the Documents and delete GTA user files, - done
