Are there any ways i can be in one main user group yet have the old school veteran tag underneath my name with other things from other UGs?

Yes you're allowed to have 3 or maybe 4 titles as long as they belong to your usergroups.

example, if you're in Old School, FBI, Gangs Families Spokesman. You can have all of them one underneath the other on your profile like this:


FBI
Gangs & Families Spokesman
Old School Veteran

Like what Ralph said, just make a FRR for them underneath each other and forum admins can make it. You can also tell them the order you want too, Like Old-School, FBI, Gang spokesman, You can tell them the order you want:
FBI
Old School
Gang
or
Old School
Gang
FBI
anything you want.

edit: faction tags aren't allowed unless you're HC now.
