1. - Click on Settings besides notifications
2. - Click the General settings on your left after you have opened the settings.
3. Paste the numbers of any video/music of youtube in the space explained below.

Profile Music isn't playing for me...

Because only the following accessed users are allowed to use that feature, if you're not one of the following(in the picture) you will not be able to use it.

And if you're by chance one, then you might have it toggled, try togging it on or paste a fresh link(?)!
