I went to Binco, this is the second time tho' they run out of items then when i /exit i TP'ed to somewhere.. Please help me

Wait for an admin to get on or just do /kill.

That's bugged.
Get administrators in-game to teleport you back in Los Santos or use /kill ( to kill yourself ).

It seems like a bug to me. Report the bug here, (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?188-Beta-Testing) or /reportbug in game and a tester will find the solution.
As Klash stated above if you are tped somewhere else kindly /report for a tp.

It's not a bug, this is interior 1 where all inactive houses etc. are moved to. When you /exited the binco it might TP you there or when you /entered it and the biz wasnt stocked so an admin maybe removed the interior, now when you /enter it sends you there. Just hi /report IG.

It's a bug, If there's no admin available that can TP you back to Los Santos. Make sure you get valid evidence of having couple of items; (Weaponary/Vest) and after you've done that use /kill. Then post a Game Related Request (HERE) (http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/forms.php?do=form&fid=91)

Its happen to me a lot of times. This is SARP mate.
Either /kill or wait for an admin to TP you
