No, That cannot be removed. It's one object.

The red marker is pointing the object.

My suggestion : Better take another awesome place for map :)

As Gold mentioned above, that's a one whole object and you can't split the garage from the building. But you can donate for a garage icon there, follow this link over here: http://donate.gta-sarp.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=61&product_id=76

it costs 8$.

Hmmm you saw Sexy Jose's mapping? That is a exterior mapping right? I mean with no icon use you can go inside the house.

How many objects I can get for exterior mapping?

The previous statements are correct, that mapping can't be removed.
