So I get a warning. Fair enough right? I then go about my business.. But 30 seconds later, I was banned from /newb. Permanently. What the fuck. Explain yourselves please.

Probably a mistake or you're level 10+ where helpers can override the warning system and permanently ban you from the newbie chat.
Read the newbie chat regulations.

i doubt they can just ban me like that.. pending an actual helper or even better Victor Matthew or Aaron Royal

I warned you before you clearly abused the /newb. You are also using newbie tag even tho you are high level.

Pending Hassan/Bella for thier input.

Once someone character kills their new character has a newbie tag until they level up.

Also I'm not bothered about the warn I'm cool with that it's just the fact that I'm now permanently banned from newbie by Victor Matthew

- Players level 12+ abusing: will be permanently muted on the spot, they have been here long enough to know not to abuse.


Victor Matthew had every right to permanently mute you for abusing the /newb(ie) chat as a high level ( Level 12+ ).
