These download links seems to be outdated, I tried to follow the youtube guide but it doesn't really work. It keeps on crashing.

Can I have a complete step by step guide on how to install it?
Include the requirements needed on how to install the mods.

I ended up reinstalling the whole GTA and deleted all of it.
