I'm going to allow an Administrator to comment on this and I won't set it to 'Answered' until one does as there's a LOT of misconception going on regarding some rules at the moment, I'd assume this has been removed as a lot of Sweety's implementations have been removed. I've also been told by an Administrator that the rules thread is pending an update upon a few rules.
