Inquiring about character reinstatement

Hey fellow San Andreas players,

Awaiting an admins reply on whether my account could be reinstated. I haven't played in about 8 months, I am unsure of whether that means I was eligible to be CK'd. If there is a reason for me being reset/Ck'd I'd appreciate a response. My last recorded stats (I've attempted to attach here) were:

lvl: 6 Respect:11/28 phone: 6676 money: $18457 bank: $309,554
armor upgrade: 4 health upgrade : 6 Job Level: 2
Vehicle 1:Tahoma (BANNED [number plate])
playing hours: 110

I was no longer affiliated with "Zaibatsu" gang, after my last log out. This screen is old, but it's my last recorded stats.
