Yes, you're able to use any kind of usertittle you want, of course, without breaking any kind of rule, also, you must donate for it.

It must fit with the usertittle dimensions size, can't be much bigger or something.

So basically you need to donate $4 (donate.gta-sarp.com) then make an FRR (forms), get your order ID and place it in the FRR you made. Once you've got your order ID you can go ahead and tell the administrators which title you'd like (you can have an image as long as it is the correct size etc). Admins will then have this processed for you.
