I recommend just buying the Steam Copy it is on sale often and its nice to have. You can just downgrade it so its compatible with SAMP.

1- go to google
2- type "youtube"
3- type "how to download GTA san Andreas in PC"
4- Find any video.
5- then open it and press in "Show More"
6- you'll see a link, open it and you'll find a download link. Download it and have Fun.
