What's your location? Do you use a VPN? I replied to your last thread, I'd recommend contacting your ISP and it could be a restriction on their end possibly, I'll look into it more for you soon.

Allen, in my opinion.
You Must delete Gta san Andreas Folder and download it again, then download SAMP Setup from google. it might works.
