SARP got a lot of mappings around that might be the reason.

And it also depends on ur internet connection.

What is your internet speed? It also depends on the distance between server host location and your current location.
What GPU are you using? Because GPU can effect your ping.

It's because of the server and your location distance. Upgrade your internet will help you to reduce the ping.

That's all, there no solution without this.

Ping depends on Internet speed and CPU processing speed ( optional ).

Ping mostly depends on your internet connection stability, as well the distance and routing between you and your destination.
There are other factors also involved like the quality of routing, server congestion .etc. ( Hence my 1.5k ping at peak hours. -.- )

If you have good internet speed but CPU low, you will not get proper ping and download speed. If you don't know, please search that in google.

You're talking out of your fucking ass. Ping is to do with packet latency, not whether you have enough processing power.

For an IT tech support worker, you should know better.

Your from asia right? maybe the magical shark ate another part of the AAG line or other bs about the cable being damaged,

However you can try a tunneling service to help improve your ping, In the future the connections might improve to outside countries due to the AAE-1 and APG being made

Also make sure that no other backround applications are using your bandwith or other devices

Edit: Also upgrading your internet wont be that much of a help if your network isnt clogged. 4Mbps is more than enough for a lot of games since the packet size is generally small, your 4mbps internet means that you can handle up to 4mbps of data stream, games generally use less than that, id wager around 20mb at max. That's small, hell in my network monitor samp uses only 8000B or 8KB, thats give or take 2% of your network speed,
