SAMP isn't working

When I tried to run GTA SAMP, it crashes.. I tried to re-installed it, & it still crashes..

Note: I've installed some few that are work for GTA SAMP

Try my deleting the whole folder of GTA SA and install a new one. Install SAMP in the clean folder of GTA SA and run it, ought to work. If not, then let me know and I'll tell you more solutions.

P.S; Try this in the cleaner version. Do NOT install the programs you downloaded in the clean version.
