Can't ping the server

i have no idea how to solve this problem. whenever i add server and input the necessary information (samp.gta-sarp.com:4500) i doesnt ping sarp... i tried pinging other servers and it worked.

This happened to me several times.

1. Reset your computer.
2. If you aren't able to PING the server, close and open it several times, it'd be fixed in 10 minutes.

I may have the answer to your problem. I suggest copying the server's IP address manually.
P.S Tell me if you don't know where to find the IP address and I will demonstrate.

It's a common problem, in order to fix it I usually just keep letting it try to connect for 2-3 minutes. It works every time for me.
