No, sometimes the SAMP or something get bugged.

1. Restart your computer.
2. Then, wait for 5/10 minutes and open/close SAMP several times.

It happens to me a lot of times just restart your router or computer.

2. Delete the server from your favorite list, restart your internet and add it back again.
