Its say that the unban date is 01/01/2017, and the problem is you are still banned? They are probably busy to unban you, and other players. Administrators has IRL too, and you have to be patient. But the solutions for that is to contact ban appealers, or post a game related request to unban you while providing the link there.

I suggest you make a ban appeal once again however you were temporary banned, try making a new one & state the reason for your earlier ban appeal.
