You need to post it at the Community Relations area at the helper FC tab. That'd be more fitting over there.

I literally only asked why my donation was taking ages to go through and why my others haven't, I've got the answer from an admin - You could of just said why.

How can helper know why no one touches your donation ID? In no way it is /newbie related, you should've straight up went and asked the admin.

Your /newb wasn't a valid question obviously and I doubt you were unaware of that. Your PM to Santino afterwards is very inappropriate too.
