As far as I know, you need to donate to put a custom line like this one.

That's not an avatar, it's a custom forum title that you can donate for.

You have to donate IRL cash (4$) to get that custom title. Scroll up and click 'Donate' button and donate for the custom title. Once you've donated 4$, place your favorite title in your FRR and forum administrator will process your FRR(Forum related request).
