Your Question:
Hey.
When I came back to sarp after 5 months break, I noticed that I lag in public places A LOT. (Even thought no players around me.).
So I've tried every single option to stop the lag.
I formatted my PC & cleaned it.
I removed every single mod I have.
I removed my hacks. (jk.)
I lowered everything in Advanced setting [Display options] InGame.

I did everything, but it only lowered my PING, BUT I AM STILL LAGGING.

I have 150-170 ping, and I still have massive lag "EVERYWHERE." (not only public places.)
The only place I don't lag is interiors. (that don't have /furniture)

HELP!?

Hey there,
This lag is due to the massive amount of players, cars, maps around you, and your PC might not be that powerful to stream all of those things at the same time so it can cause FPS drop.

This might be because of missing drivers. Make sure you have every driver updated (esp. the graphics card driver). Check via "Device Manager" and ensure that everything is up to date.
