What's wrong with SARP? (Lag problem)

For me, sarp is lagging as hell, I can't even play for two minutes without lagging. On the other side, I NEVER lag on the other servers, what is this?

It is true, my fps literally drops so much and my ping's fine, literally I have no gadget on using wifi or my internet and still I just am so lagging and getting de synced, also I am getting some warning (007) kind of messages too often now that results in a force crash. Yet other servers aren't causing any of them aforementioned issues. I guess the server's facing some serious bugs or something.

Oh, by the way, this problem didn't exist before, it's just a new problem that started to happen from about 2 days ago.

I have faced this also a problem also.. My FPS will be 40 to 60 if there are few cars spawn and objects loading but, it gets on 15 to 25fps when there alot of cars parked illegally too many objects spawned here makes my computer gonna crashed..

It's not FPS lag, its related to PING.

00:01 I have spawned
00:02 people goes afk and I don't see any of the icons nor cars and I get forced to log.

I play other servers smoothly with 60-70 ping, what is it? Is there somehow to fix this or what?!!

I also noticed that I dont lag as long as I stay in an interior, but as soon as I go to the streets, I cant play.

A good way to fix the issue, is to remove the cores from your CPU itself.

I get this problem a lot. What I do is turn off my router for a few minutes, turn it back on, and then I use a VPN. The country that I use it in is USA or Canada because SARP's hosted in the USA. This problem is caused by some network traffic, by using a VPN, you could go around it and play SARP smoothly without any ping issues.
