Unfairly muted me from /newb. Someone asked about the hitmen roster, in which Anders replied with: ''Check the toaster'', I then replied with: ''Fuck you Anders you ain't funny you fucking bozo''. I said it because I was like: Alright Kingsley, it's going to be your first warning, but it's worth it. Then suddenly this helper warns me and perm mutes me. (Because I was a high level (level 15) ) He told me if you abuse at a high level, you aren't allowed to get a first warning or some. I was like, Anders is a way more higher level and he got just auto-muted but not perm. I suggest unmuting me, since it was my first /newb warning. I don't have screens of the pm's since I timed out. He, as per him knew that it's his first abuse(that he's going to do) and will only result in a warn, he is abusing /newbie channel when he knows it is not allowed, what kind of an impression are we giving out to the newbies by just warning a high level player? He's aware of the do and don'ts yet he still abused because he thought it'll be just a warning? That's not how it works, he abused so he's facing the consequence.

Thanks Johnny, I was about to serve you with sound evidence but my friend did, alongside, you resolved his newbie appeal and approved it, re mute him I guess?

I was the one who warned Anders. Now there was no need to mute Anders because he already was auto-muted.

Now I'll review this complaint and the appeal itself after I'm back home. I'll edit it.

In my opinion Ryukie Krayie has done nothing wrong. You were to be muted. His decision was right. However since the ADoPR gave you a chance I'll let it slide off.

No actions will be taken against the helper.
